in Cloudian, you play as a raincloud determined to bring plantation to a desert wasteland. This task cannot be done alone so you must consume your neighboring clouds, take their size and power for yourself while the wind is slowly diminishing your existence.  The weather is not your only enemy,  pesky nature-destroying humans while attempt to build on this land and stop your revitalization. Thankfully you have just the right tool to take care of them...
